Our Proprietary Frameworks
Skill Pillars
Curion’s Skill Pillar framework is a precise diagnostic system that tracks growth across six core competencies: Listening, Reading, Speaking, Writing, Grammar, and Vocabulary.
We have subdivided each core competency into mini-skills, which are targeted in class through skill-specific exercises.
This system ensures that when students make mistakes in exams, we can identify the root causes and target them directly.
FormuFlow
Our signature FormuFlow method trains students to tackle any PSLE composition question using four Core Themes and a step-by-step planning system.
The PSLE composition exam is getting more abstract and difficult. Question prompts tend to hide their underlying theme, so students often misinterpret them.
With our method, students can transform vague and tricky composition questions into original, emotionally resonant stories with structure and clarity.
Our Programmes
Curion Sprouts (K1–2)
We go beyond phonics and basic vocabulary.
Sprouts is a story-based programme where children follow Curion’s mascots on weekly mystery adventures. Each mystery presents a problem that children must solve using the content they’ve learned in class.
Not only is this method highly engaging, it also trains advanced vocabulary, logical reasoning, and confident communication.
Curion Explorers (P1–2)
Designed to prevent hidden learning gaps, Curion Explorers builds strong reading, writing, and thinking foundations through our signature Skill Pillars and early composition training.
Because Skill Gaps are harder to solve in their Upper Primary years.
Curion Mastery (P3–6)
Our flagship Mastery programme maps each child’s progress across six Skill Pillars, using targeted lessons and fun activities to systematically prepare them for every component of the PSLE English paper.
Precise diagnostic tracking makes sure students always know what’s working, and exactly how to improve.
Composition Accelerator (P2–5)
Using our proprietary FormuFlow method, this programme trains students to craft original, emotionally rich compositions for any PSLE question.
Rigidly memorising model compositions is risky in exams, when the student doesn’t successfully spot the question. Our method requires no rote memorisation, while being flexible enough to accommodate all possible PSLE questions.
